Norfolk Haven Parks - which is best?

If anyone has been to more than one of the Haven Parks in Norfolk which ones are best for a family with a baby and a pre schooler? One of our priorities is beach access without having to get in the car so that rules out Wild Duck. Which one has the nicest beach nearby and which is most accessible with minimal walking and stairs? Our older child has mobility issues and can’t walk far or manage stairs well so it’s a bit of a mission getting both kids and the stuff they need to the beach. Also is there any difference in the food offerings available on site and nearby?

Our fave is Wild Duck. We would usually go to Seashore because it’s so close to Great Yarmouth, but one year went to Wild Duck because it’s cheaper and it was brilliant!!
The indoor pool does have a slide but it’s pretty basic, but there is also an outdoor pool so if you go in summer you can sunbath whilst the kids swim.
The arcade is small which is great because the kids don’t spend too much money.
There’s a pub on site which gives you somewhere to have a few drinks without the usual evening entertainment, the pub had pool tables which I find a lot more entertaining than the arcade.
The staff there were the most helpful and friendly we’ve come across at any Haven, Ranger Mike and barman Paul still get mentioned by my kids even years after going there!!

Edit: just seen that you said not Wil Duck!!!

Seashore has beach access. The pool is amazing, there’s a small pool and indoor splash area for the younger ones and lots of activities aim at younger kids. There’s also a soft play area in the restaurant so you can entertain the kids while you are waiting food. The arcade is much bigger and there is a soft play in there too. Depending on time of year, there is a train that you can get into town.

Caister also has beach access and was great when we went, but I know they’ve since done it up and I believe taken away some of the activities my kids loved so I’m not sure what is actually there now!
