Solo weekend in London

I'll be in London at the end of June. Thursday afternoon to Monday evening with a concert on Saturday. My ideas so far are:
Arrive Thursday afternoon and go for dinner and a show in the evening.
Spend Friday looking around British Museum, St. Bartholomew the Great, and one of the markets (Camden or Borough)
Saturday will be the concert in Hyde Park so I've nothing else planned for that day.
Sunday maybe an open top bus and a Sunday Roast (if anyone has a recommendation please)
Monday I have to leave my AirBnb by 10am so was thinking of going to Windsor for the day. I could do a tour of the castle and get some dinner before heading to the airport.
I want it to be relaxed so don't want to cram too much in. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Whereabouts is your Airbnb? Just thinking it's obvious to think of places between the Airbnb and Hyde Park for Saturday so you're not having to jump about too much. Is the concert day time? So the slot to fill in Saturday morning and something for the Sunday too?

I'd either see whether thefoxinlondon (on Instagram) was doing a tour of the City of London that I could join, or if not I'd download his audio tour - he's fascinating and knows all about the history.

It's in Hendon so I'm not planning on popping back during the day. Saturday I'm not looking to do anything. Gates open at 1pm so I'll probably just pick up breakfast on the way and hope the weather is nice for a day in the park lol.
It's mainly the Sunday - somewhere nice for dinner that I can hop off the bus for. I'd quite like a look around Harrods so maybe that too?

Highgate Cemetery tours are brilliant. I went on one in the rain last week, and have every intention of taking my 25 year old daughter sometime this summer - just because I want to do it again.

If you’re off to Windsor on Sunday, get into the castle for free (and have the most wonderfully culturally relaxing morning ever) by heading to sung Eucharist at ST George’s Chapel. Details are on their website.

A ghost walk, national gallery, Kew gardens, laze about in the park, boat up and down the river, paddleboarding

If you want a show, go and see Operation Mincemeat, it's fantastic! I wasn't sure when I read the synopsis before I went but it's an amazing show, funny, poignant and so clever, it's got everything.

I love the original film "The Man Who Never Was", so I was wondering if this was good. It's between this and Witness for the Prosecution - maybe I'll get to both.

Operation Mincemeat is wonderful.

Harrods is a hideous bling-filled dump and I would swerve it completely. I grew up popping in there and I was horrified when I went back a couple of months ago.

The open top buses are fine. Lots of London is very walkable and there are loads of walking routes available online but if you've got one day to pack it all in, why not?

Depending upon where you are in Hendon, you might find the cafes are closed on Saturday morning but it's never that far to a watering hole and there are plenty of nice cafes around Marble Arch - across the road from Hyde Park. I imagine there are lots at the other end of the park too.
