Winter meals in Weymouth with a toddler?

We are staying in a hotel in Weymouth at the end of November for a family event. Looking for ideas of toddler friendly places to eat, with high chairs and space for a buggy. Don’t need to have a beige food menu as she will eat most foods.
Obviously in the summer picnics on the beach and fish and chips outdoors would be more appealing but we’re there for several days so we need some other plans.
Looking at places within 30 minutes also of central Weymouth, we are not going out on day trips as we will be doing family things.

The Black Dog in Broadmayne is known for being very child friendly. Food is fancier than average pub grub.
The Bridge Inn is a very cosy pub with an ‘everyone’s welcome’ attitude.

Brewery Square in Dorchester has Pizza Express which is always toddler friendly. The square itself is good for a quick run around before or between courses.

Prezzo in Weymouth (right by the bridge) is roomy and a nice space.

Check out the Palm house cafe by Radipole lake in Weymouth - it’s spacious, and has an attached but separate play area for preschoolers - there’s a small charge for the play area but there are tables inside so you can eat in there too.

PARKING WARNING for Weymouth.
Do not use the private carpark known as Old Town (West) if you eat in Brewers Quay where there are a couple of pubs and restaurants.
This carpark is owned by ParkingEye and is notorious for unfair parking charges - there was a Daily Mail article about it in April. Last month DH and I fell foul of it and got a £60 fine rising to £100 because we tried to pay (no card payment option), phone signal disappeared and we had not enough coins - so several times going to and fro between the car and back to pay station. We could not find a way to pay so left and parked elsewhere - it had been seven minutes. This happens to loads of people - tourists mainly as locals know not to use it. It has been called a scam. 😠

Agree with @GreenCandleWax- I gather from local FB pages, that the other thing Parking eye do there, is start the parking clock from when you enter the car park (ANPR) rather than when you manage to pay for your parking, thus reducing the time remaining by 5minutes. If you haven’t left the car park by ‘time paid for minus 5 minutes’ a penalty charge notice is issued. It’s heinous. All the car parks in the town centre itself are Dorset Council run & straightforward .

There’s a few fish and chip places you can eat inside, the Marlborough is nice.

We ate in the Ship Inn with our toddler too, by the Custom House.

We also liked Billy Winters on the way to Portland - it’s in the boatyard in the fleet.

The Smugglers Inn in Osmington is in a great spot and has a kids menu.
