Okay so he's done all the Big places with grandparents to London tower/ boat trip et cetera.

I'm suggesting (this is for my mates son) the Covent garden transport museum.

My mate says he takes delight in the smallest of things so what would you do with a seven-year-old boy in London that would excite him?

Greenwich, park, observatory, museum/gallery, get a clipper there , I agree with the cable car.
DS really loved the tower bridge experience where you can walk on the glass floor and see how the mechanism works

If you go anywhere near the South Bank, the jubilee playground is really good for a break.

I also second the wonderlab at the science museum DS absolutely loves it, we've been several times. Science museum and NHM but he's probably been to those.

There is nothing at this attraction that would excite a seven year-old boy - it's very boring!

You do realise that you go in the fountain, you don't just look at it. Kids spent hours racing each other around in it - adults too.

Thanks again all
