Legoland: which accommodation

I’m booking a trip to legoland with two Lego loving sons. Looking for any experiences of the accommodation to help me select…woodland village, castle hotel or resort hotel.
thanks! Want to get it off my to-do list and put the booking in the calendar but stumped across the options.

We had a night in the hotel. Actual Legoland was closed but the night cost us £99!! The boys loved it. They have a small swimming pool so take swimwear! Rooms are fab and buffet breakfast was really nice...

We stayed in the woodland village in one of the barrels as we wanted a sort of glamping experience. It was so magical. Obviously no toilets in the barrels so you have to walk to the toilet block if you have to go in the night but actually that was amazing too for the kids and I as there were loads of rabbits and a sky full of stars.
There were loads of great playgrounds on the grounds and just a short walk to Lego land entrance.

The restaurant was so cute with Lego woodfire and the LEGO rangers.

I would 100 percent stay there again.

Stayed in the castle hotel the hotel itself was roomy and fun with the Lego in the room and the ps5 too. We stayed 2 nights. The castle tavern for food I didn't think much of but breakfast is included in your stay which was alright tbh.
I liked the layout of the castle hotel as kids were by door in their own room as such then the bathroom then the double bed that looked onto the park itself. Lots of Lego features in the hotel too
