House for 40th birthday celebration

Hope this is ok to post here. I'm looking for recs for a house to host a birthday weekend for a 40th birthday party. Ideally no more than 3 hours from London (Cotswolds possibly.) obviously lots of places come up when you search on Google but I wondered if anyone had been somewhere that they would recommend that had the wow factor. Thanks so much

How many people does it need to sleep?

How many people and budget, kind of vital info?

Sorry, left out some vital info there, bit frazzled from Google searching! Would be looking for somewhere that sleeps around 18-20 and budget ideally £300 per person but could be flexible

We did Soho Farmhouse for a big birthday previously which was awesome but we don't have enough memberships between us to accommodate that size of group. I was also looking at Hesdin Estate which looks pretty cool but the larger properties have sold out. Thanks in advance for any suggestions, I'm getting to the point of sacking it off and having a party for one 😂

Bit small maybe but there are a bunch of other properties there.

Have a look at Kate & Toms, have booked a lovely one through them for family get together next year and most can organise catering etc.
