Boutique / fancy hotel in London

Any recommendations for the above please, for a special occasion? Happy to pay c£500 a night. It’s in the next few months. Want central location. TIA.

I haven't stayed there, but immediately thought of the Charlotte street hotel, I was eating dinner in a nearby restaurant at the weekend and thought how nice it looked. It's a lovely street for bars and restaurants.
