Has anyone taken their DC's here, either as a family holiday or as a lone parent?
I'd be interested in views and reviews.
TIA

Is it the place in cowling? If so my ds went there on a school trip and had a great time. I can’t comment on quality of accomodation etc though.

We went and had an amazing time. The accommodation is very very basic but you're out and busy the whole time. The instructors are amazing, the kids had a great time. It is a small place so the kids are safe running about with their new friends. I would whole heartedly recommend.

Not all rooms are ensuite but you can reserve a private bathroom across the hall for some rooms. Would not recommend a room with a shared bathroom.

Kids seemed to range from about 4 years to 17 years old. With most probably 7 to 12 years old.

All food is included. Along with the activities, it was an absolute bargain of a week.

Thanks so much for your response. I don't tend to function well on disturbed sleep and some of the reviews suggest the corridors can be noisy overnight. Was this your experience?

We were upstairs at the end of a corridor and it was really quiet.

The people downstairs on the floor with the labyrinth were really disturbed and struggled to sleep. I would request not to be on that floor
if you do go.

There is also a separate building which possibly is quieter too as less people up there.

We were also completely utterly exhausted at the end of each day which helped the sleep!

@Towelin That's super helpful advice. Really appreciated.
