We are looking at Criccieth (which we love) or Whitby (also love) but also want to look at other options.
Teen and her boyfriend will be coming with us. They get up late/we get up early so we need somewhere that has half decent public transport links for them. This means DH and I can go off in the car and do our thing and they can either go into the town/on the beach/take a train ride to somewhere without us. Or come with us if they want to.

Budget friendly too.

Any ideas? Literally any East West or South coast option

Thanks

Scarborough has plenty going on to give the teens some freedom . Good bus and train links, the Cinder Track cycle ride if they like exercise, plenty of shops, amusements etc as well as the North Yorkshire water park .
