Help please - rainy days in Pembrokeshire with early teens

Hello,

We have a couple of very rainy days ( thunder all day tomorrow) with early teens in Pembrokeshire. Does anyone local or those who have visited have any ideas for activities please? Swimming tomorrow but that only takes a couple of hours. Bowling possible but costly and does not take long sadly.

Funds are getting tighter! Have done Tenby, Folly Farm, Pembroke Castle, St David's and planning Freshwater Bay this morning (hoping fine if Dobby's grave is left for HP fans). Cinemas I can see are not showing anything they will all watch/ have not seen as have checked that too.

Wondered about the St David's escape room if anyone has done it? Cheaper than most but not cheap!

Done a many beaches but no chance of that tomorrow as so crap.

Fingers crossed and thank you!

PP

The Creative Café has a shop in Haverfordwest.

Heatherton has some activities that are indoors. The slot car racing, archery and escape room would be suitable for teens www.heatherton.co.uk/news/posts/2018/september/heatherton-s-top-10-wet-weather-activities/

Thanks @Fivemoreminutes1 , didn't know about the creative cafe. Appreciate that and will check out. Heatheron is pricey sadly and mostly outside I think.

Thanks, looking now 🙂

Wild lakes in Narberth is good, your going to get wet anyway so a bit of rain won't make any difference

As a resident of Pembrokeshire with teens the answer is either;

a) Appropriate clothing and do what you were going to do anyway or

b) Just sack it off and have an indoor day relaxing, you are on holiday after all.

There is a good reason Wales is so green!

We've just come back from a week in at David's. We went to the big farm. My two are 11 and 7 and loved it!

St Davids Cathedral (there’s a fab and very affordable refectory), the Bishop’s Palace, The Lost Words exhibition (the original paintings and illustrations from the beautiful book by Jackie Morris & Robert McFarlane) at the Oriel visitor centre), Solva Woollen Mill (the oldest working mill in Wales) and you can watch the rugs being made, Melin Tregwynt (Welsh blanket mill), the Bug Farm, fish and chips in Porthgain and then a walk round to Abereidi.
