London - Fun things to do with teens

It's my birthday next week and, after the shambles that was last year's b'day, I'm taking matters into my own hands and organising the day!
I'd like to go into London with 13 and 15 for the day and do something memorable, and then eat in China town (not been there in years). Husband will meet us late afternoon after work.
I know I've left it late, but does anyone have any suggestions? I've walked the O2 before but my kids haven't so that's one idea, as is the orbit slide. I don't spend enough time in London to know what there is. Any cool things on the Thames? Done the cable car.
Also, if anyone has any recommendations for where to eat in China town, I'd appreciate some suggestions.
I'd just like a fun day out (and not stuck in my FIL's north of the border, in the rain with no effort made at all ......like last year!)

Surely it has to be Wong Kei in Wardour Street? You have to pay cash and the service is pretty brusque but the food is great and it's an institution!

My teens LOVE China town - Dumpling Legends is a favourite, 4 seasons also good, and Gerrard’s Corner v kid friendly (even if it does feel like an Cold War dining experience), Wong Kei as PP says.

They have also loved - The Churchill War Rooms, The Shard (the Sky garden is a cheaper alternative), Camden Market, the war of the worlds experience, a west end show and an exhibition if there’s something on you think they’d like. A boat up the Thames is always good. They quite liked the London Dungeon.

After all the wonderful suggestions I just thought I'd feedback.........
We started off at the Monopoly live game which was awesome. 13 and 15 had a ball. It was so unlike anything we have done before (and we are quite an active family who do lots of things!). Lunch at china town was great. we ate at 97 Old Town, just a few doors down from Won Kei's - my daughter has a peanut allergy and she felt more comfortable with the menu at 97 (but I will be back there without her soon!).
We then played golf at putt shack. I loved the fact the score is kept for you and there are really unusual holes eg true and false.
We then went to a food / bar place at along Borough street which was great - we could al choose what we wanted to eat and could all order separately and then eat together. There was inside and outside seating - we sat out as the weather was good.
Thank you all for your ideas - we have put many on our list for another time! London is the place that just keeps on giving!
