Are packing cubes worth it?

I just want an easy life but also don't want to waste money

What's the verdict?

Yes this is what it thought, we are sharing 1 large suitcase for 3 of us plus a carry on little suitcase

I think they are good, you can buy them at a reasonable price.

I wouldn't get them for a holiday I go to one location and unpack on the first day. I never have issues finding my underwear between my T-shirts.

But, we are doing a mulit-stop holiday this year and I think they are good to keep the used clothing away from clean one and the beach clothes which are only used for one stop.

On longer holidays where we’d unpack properly they’re less useful. They work really well on shorter trips where we don’t unpack the suitcase, or caravan trips where there just isn’t space to unpack properly. Each family member has their own colour so there’s less hunting around for underwear, everyone’s black socks look the same so keeping them separate works well.
I am also planning on taking two of those pop up mesh laundry hamper things this year, hoping between those and the packing cubes there can be some semblance of order. I seem to spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to find clean clothes for everyone on holiday.

We use them in our touring caravan as it makes it easy to get our clothes in the small cupboards without taking up too much space or falling out. Also easy to find things. The Amazon basics brand are the best quality we have found
