No.

Just an aeroplane.

Mercy · 27/01/2008 17:58

Not if you are already in England or Wales

MaureenMLove · 27/01/2008 17:59

I think you do, but only because you need photo ID. A driving licence will do.

motherinferior · 27/01/2008 18:00

Oh yes, and a visa, and jabs. Dangerous place, Scotland.

Candlewax · 27/01/2008 18:02

Ideally your passport but if not, photographic evidence of who you are i.e. driving licence.

cluelessnchaos · 27/01/2008 18:02

Most airlines ask for photo id, you can get away with it if you are doing the computer check in. I flew back and forth 6 times with the kids when dd2 and ds had no passport and dd1s had expired

babyjjbaby · 27/01/2008 18:03

oh thanks any one know of cheap flights only

Whenever I fly to London I have needed a passport and they will not take any other photo ID. I can't see it being any different for SCotland but perhaps it depends on the airline.

ladette · 28/01/2008 10:48

It does depend on the airline. I flew on Friday (within England) and needed no photo id or anything. Other airlines ask for photo id, some as lax as accepting my work badge, others need photo driving licence/passport. I always travel with my passport now just to be on the safe side.
