Moose coffee for brunch is reallly nice! I'd book ahead though if you are going on a weekend, always booked up

More Leeds tips please! Going this weekend (university open day) and staying overnight in the city centre.
Which is the main shopping street?
Is there also a quirky shopping area (like Manchester's Northern Quarter) or anything that's just not big brands.
Or any landmarks we have to see?

The victorian arcades are beautiful. The Corn Exchange is great for quirky shops, and Leeds market is worth a visit. It's one of the largest indoor markets in Europe.

Last time I lunched in Leeds we ate in the restaurant in Harvey Nicholls and had a lovely meal, but there are loads of places that are equally as good if not better.

Know this is an old thread but new posters are here so, Fuji Hiro near the Merrion Centre is amazing. I’m back to Leeds this weekend and hopefully will go here again.
