New Forest

My DD is really keen to go to the New Forest. She's obsessed with horses and would love to see them in the wild. I'm looking at locations and thinking Brockenhurst looks like a good spot. Any other places to consider? I'd also like to do a day trip to the Isle of Wight whilst we are there.

Thanks @Kately I'll have a look. We don't mind busy but have been put off Cornwall in the past as it felt like there was no escape from the crowds in August hols. Sounds like there's more options around new forest.

We could always do the May hols actually if we waited until next year. That might be an option too.
