Lake District this summer

So we are thinking of going for 3 maybe 4 nights this summer. We are very flexible as long as it’s in the school holidays.
Ive been on booking.com for an hour changing dates to see what I can find and I am going a bit cross eyed. I don’t know why there isn’t a flexible dates option.
Can anyone recommend some good self catering accommodation to look at. Needs to have 2 rooms. Thanks

We stay in a lodge at Fallbarrow Holiday Park every year and highly recommend it.

I did find somewhere on cottages.com. It had really good flexible searching.

I think I would have gotten away with youth hosteling and sites when DD was younger but not now. Our own kitchen and quiet are key.

Fallbarrow is a Parkdean site but is really quiet and a really pretty site. Lodges and lovely and always immaculately clean.
