So going on holiday next week. Staying near Ludham Bridge near Horning. Will be mainly cycling but couple of windy days forecast so looking for stuff to do then.

any nice walking routes in the area where we could see some of the broads by foot? Any boat trips particularly recommended. Any nice towns to bimble round the shops? We also have a national trust card so was thinking maybe Felbrigg?

Get a boat for a day at Wroxham - its great fun although not cheap.

Hire canoes or go on an otter spotting trail with thecanoeman.com

Norwich castle is good and there are some nice pubs!

Norwich castle (although main keep is currently being refurbished so is closed but still lots to see)!
Southwold (okay, so Suffolk but worth a trip)!
Gressenhall workhouse and museum
Pensthorpe nature reserve
various zoo type places - Banham zoo, Africa Alive, Suffolk owl sanctuary
Parks in Norwich - Earlham park (you can visit the sainsbury art centre at the UEA at the same time, and Eaton Park)
Bressingham steam gardens and museum
Horsey Beach and Winterton for seals

I’ve never been to Norwich so that would be good.

I love the idea of the otter trip and am hovering my finger over the booking button. But how fit do you think you need to be? I mean I’m not unfit but maybe a bit wimpy and never paddled before. I have visions of everyone else steaming ahead and me going round in circles, etc.

Not fit at all! It's very gentle paddling, along the Waveney. Think of it as dynamic sunbathing Grin
