Longest centre parks - laundry?!

Going to Longleat for a midweek break with a baby and toddler. Any tips to make the most of it would be appreciated but especially what to do if I need to do laundry! There's no machine in the cabin or laundrette on site, is there somewhere nearby? The baby has bad reflux and goes through 3-5 outfits a day, just taking enough clothes is not an option!

I would hand wash small things and put them on the red hot radiator. Or they have airers you can put outside or in front of the fire?

I don’t know if that was pre covid tho.

There is no on site laundry service now, or anywhere to do it nearby. Take loads of clothes! Plus hand wash and can dry on radiators if needed.

Common sense would dictate this not the time to be going to Centre Parcs as it doesn't meet your requirements

When we went (just after lockdown) we had to book a service wash at guest services and then deliver our laundry to the same place as lost property at the booked in day/time. Washing was then delivered back to the lodge. It is sometimes posible to just turn up without a booking but they have every right to say no if they already have a large amount of laundry to do.
You can arrive from 10am and park up and use all the facilities (so you can book stuff for that first day). Don’t hurry off to bring your car up to your lodge at 3pm if you don’t have to. Let the rush die down a bit and then go, and you’ll beat the crowds and get a bit more time in the pool.
If you like a quiet pool then getting there the minute it opens at 10am is the answer. It’s busy from mid morning to mid afternoon. And do not go after 7.30pm as the pool looks like a 18-30s single night!

The café in the pool is good for snacks and drinks. It’s honestly so warm in there you’ll need to stay hydrated. It was like we were in Ibiza, no lie.
Use the human drying machine in the shower area when you come out of the pool it saves time drying them in the cubicle only £1 for a family.
Take lunchboxes and sandwich bags for snack and packed lunches. Rucksacks are useful to carry all your stuff whilst leaving hands free to cycle / deal with toddlers / push the buggy etc.
The lodge towels can’t be used at the pool so take your own or rent them for £2 each at the centre.
Hucks Diner is a stand out for us. It has a great soft play for little ones. The Pancake House is very popular too. Most of the restaurants have baby feeding areas – a microwave, bottle warmer and baby food pots. It’s free!
If you can escape the fam for a little bit of alone time I can’t recommend booking a treatment enough. The spa is just as beautiful as you’d expect. I was only in there for a couple hours max but the vibe was so relaxing and the staff I cannot compliment enough.
Book the crèche early – they get busy. They also do evening babysitting so you can get out or go to an evening spa session (3 hours with dinner).
You can hire a bike and double trailer for two small children, but all bikes have to be parked in the bike bays, you can’t take them right up to the pool area, restaurants etc, so at times it is easier to have a buggy. Take a bike lock for it though.
Take a black out blind if they like it dark to sleep!
Download the Centre Parcs app before you go, too. It’s really handy for finding out what’s on, pre-booking and paying for activities before you go, and remembering what’s on your itinerary once you’re there.

@Fivemoreminutes1 thank you, that's really useful, especially about the service wash. I'll look in to that, thank you.

Thanks to others too, I'll plan to hand wash the baby's things so he doesn't run out.

Take a bucket and spade for your toddler to play on the beach.

🙄🙄🙄
Op we recently went to center parcs and found the best way to dry wet things was to hang over the shower rail in one of the bathrooms, shut the door, they were perfectly dry by morning.
