Prices at Center Parcs

Just come back from first ever trip to Center Parcs and want to go again. Seen that in their "come back soon" offered you book again within 28 days you can get a refund of the difference in price, if you see the same holiday and dates with them for sale at a lower price

This has led me to wonder how the pricing works. Does anyone know?
When are the more expensive times? Is it cheaper to book way in advance or not?

Anyone know any tips around getting more of a bargain for Center Parcs. Happy to pay what it's worth but also don't want to pay more than the next person if that makes sense?!!

There is a good Facebook group called Center Parcs Hints and Tips that discusses this in detail. I haven’t seen the breaks get any cheaper as it gets closer. We went in the autumn and used the £50 incentive to book for spring and I’ve kept an eye on the prices since.

The prices pretty much never go down, only up. But you do get £50 off with the "come back soon" offer.

The more expensive times are school holidays, bank holiday weekends and the full time the Winter Wonderland is on. It's cheaper to book those times way in advance because as they get more booked up, the prices increase (supply & demand)

Lots of people will tell you it's not worth it, etc but it all depends on the individuals/group going & whether you're happy to pay for the activities while there or just stick to the free swimming and taking your own bikes. Whether you pay to eat out or you're happy cooking & eating at the lodge.

We go yearly and love it, but I also see why it's not for everyone

Whilst we like it its very expensive many of the activities can be had far cheaper outside of the park, I feel you are discouraged from leaving. We havent been for a few years now as we feel its such poor value

We found the cheapest way to do it was to go to the Center parcs in Europe which have all the same facilities. A week in the Center parcs in Bavaria at feb half term was cheaper than a weekend in Woburn even with adding eurotunnel and petrol.

We've gone once or twice a year for the past 4-5 years. We always pay the same so have never used that offer. It's simple. School holidays are really expensive and any other time is really good value Smile
