Belfast - where to stay and what to do with teenager?

I’ll be in Belfast for 3-4 days with the teenage DCs - can anyone suggest what we should do/see and where the best places (area) to stay are?
Also we’re hiring a car to visit family elsewhere in Ireland for the week before - is it going to be a pain to park it in Belfast for 3-4 days?

Loads of hotels in the city centre. What ages are the kids?

There's some walking tours and a food / tasting tour they might enjoy.

Definitely titanic and Giants causeway. St George's market ( food and crafts depending on the day). Bus tour that ends at Shanklin Road jail - my teens really enjoyed that

Not sure if the market is on atm.

Crumlin Road Gaol.

We stayed two nights at Tara Lodge,a reasonably priced and pleasant hotel in the student district. We were seconds from countless restaurants and easy walking distance to the city centre. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. After checkin, we walked a couple of minutes to Scalini. The servings were large (perfect for hungry teens!) and the food was tasty.
The Titanic museum really is titanic! We spent three hours walking, exploring, and interacting with the exhibits. We saw and did everything that we wanted. However, there were some exhibits which we passed through and didn’t linger. So make sure you give yourself a minimum of 3-4 hours to comfortably explore it.
We walked back from the Titanic Museum to the Tara Lodge through the centre and the shopping district. From start to finish, it was only a 50 minute walk. It was pretty flat and the streets were easy to navigate.

Stayed at the Bullitt Hotel with my teens, they loved it.

They liked the Titanic museum and a coastal trip to Giant's Causeway too.

They also enjoyed an Ulster fry one morning! Just found a cafe in the middle of town.

This is definitely worth a visit if are hiring a car!

Coastal drive back to Belfast and maybe stop in Carnlough for some food on the way back?

@MrsFogi When you say elsewhere in Ireland is that in the Republic or Northern Ireland. There is still a requirement to quarantine for 14 days on arrival from GB. I know strictly speaking if you are driving down from the North you don't have to. But that's not really in place for people crossing the Irish Sea and then travelling down. More for residents of both the republic and the north to be able to cross the border.

Thanks for all the suggestions so far!
Any more will continue to be welcome and any insight on Parkin in Belfast gratefully received!

The parking is generally fine. Some hotels have car parks. There's plenty of multi storey eg Victoria Square (it's ££ though).

I go quite often with teenage DD. We get an AirBNB flat near Queens university which is great as have all the studenty restaurants around and was walkable into the centre. There tends to be free on street parking too.

My dd loves hanging out in Botanics park, wandering round Belfast and going to the Museum of Ulster. Giants Causeway and the Antrim coast in general were a big hit as are the villages and beaches of the North Down coast. She has no interest in Titanic museum so we skipped that but does love the bus and walking tours.

It’s a fab place to go, the people are so friendly and it’s soooo much cheaper than rip-off Dublin.
