2 night break away from husband and baby

I'm looking to go on a two night break away from my husband and baby for a bit of me time.
I'm based in the north west and don't want to travel too far.
I'm struggling to come up with any ideas!
Can anybody offer me some inspiration please?

How old is the baby, how far do you want to travel, what do you like doing and what are your expectations? TBH, unless you’re off to do something specific or can’t take the baby I think it might be a bit of a let down. Is it sleep you crave?

York? Edinburgh? Harrogate? Chester?

Great idea btw.

Oh you need a nice spa hotel and city to mull about. Chester, Liverpool Manchester depending where abouts you are.

What did you like to do pre-DC? Do that with extra sleeping time factored in.

Since DS was 15 months old I've gone walking in the Peak District every Spring.

This place is tranquil, lovely people, short drive to hustle and bustle if you want it, plenty of walks, local pubs etc

All depends on what you want

Etinox why do you think it will be a let down? It sounds lovely - a bit of a chance just to think only about yourself for a couple of days!
