lappa valley steam railway was fun with the younger kids. there was an adventure playground, indoor train carriages to play in, and 3 steam trains to ride on.

restormel castle was something my dcs enjoyed too, because they could look round it and pretend they lived there

also, check out the beaches. if you bring wellies, you can go into the sea even when its freezing cold.

all the best x

Walk from Little Fistral to Fistral on the pram friendly headland walk. Stop for a drink, or food, and browse the shops by the beach. There’s Rick Stein’s Fish and Chips, The Beach Bar, The Fish House, and The Stable. If you fancy walking further you can walk to the other end of Fistral along the path by the golf course which is a bit bumpy but we have often managed to squeeze a buggy down there! Fistral Beach is perfect for young ones, with parking right by the beach making it very accessible.
Walk around Trenance gardens and feed the ducks. There’s a play area for toddlers, along with a small train and paddleboats. There are many cafes to stop for refreshments too including the Lakeside Café, which sells tapas, sandwiches, main meals and cakes, the Heron Tennis Club Café and The Garden at the renovated Trenance Cottages with its ditsy décor, homemade cakes, ice cream and fresh sandwiches.
The Blue Reef Aquarium is a must. There is an underwater tunnel, feeding demonstrations and rock pool encounters on a weekend! There is a café too, with a microwave for parent use.
Dairyland is an adventure park near Newquay with play areas, a nature trail, tractor rides and pony rides. Toddlers will love milking the cows and feeding the animals. There is also an indoor play area, a milking parlour tour and a farm museum in case it rains.
Lappa Valley Steam Railway has plenty to see and explore. Apart from three railways, there’s a woodland nature trail, toddler’s path maze, adventure playground and sand pit, indoor play carriages, soft play area and pedal cars. The cafe serves hot and cold meals and has a good children’s menu.
The Oasis Fun Pool has a toddlers’ pool with slides and other water features.

Definitely Lappa Vally for the toddlers! Dairyland is good too.

I wouldn't bother with the aquarium personally, or the zoo.
