I live in the SW and Devon and Cornwall are just stunning. What places in the UK take your breath away? Looking for holiday inspiration!

Driving through Glencoe gives me goosebumps or Skye as it’s so rugged

@cheesenpickles that’s EXACTLY where I was going to say. Brings tears to my eyes on a sparkly summer day.

@sunnyday1976 I was at Ready Money Cove looking across at Polruan two weeks ago! A really stunning place as you said.
I live in a beautiful part of Cornwall with amazing coastal seascapes nearby, but on a campervanning holiday in West Scotland at Easter my breath was taken away by the scenery so many times!

A sunny day at the Minack Theatre in Cornwall.

The Outer Hebrides.

Lived there for 10 years, go back 4-5 times a year and when dc are all grown up and organised we will go back.

Harris is the most beautiful place and I'm proud to call it my home.

(Realise this is probably really outing, but don't really care!)

I second Romney Marsh and Dungeness, seriously spooky place!

West Quantoxhead and the bay there is lovely.

Loch Ness, Findhorn Bay, anything in Scotland!

Barafundle bay on a clear sunny day. The view of Rhossili bay as you walk out on worms head.

Scotland- the beaches to yourself, maybe three others on a sunny day- Ardnamurchan, Sutherland, driving across Glencoe, then Edinburgh on a frosty day, literally takes your breath away...

View of the Thames and London crossing Waterloo Bridge from Waterloo to the Strand (best vantage point in the whole of London imo, unless you're going up The Shard or 20 Fenchurch Street).

Scotland. I did a very mini road trip there and it was all stunning. I haven't even seen all the bits that people rave about.

My own city, Liverpool. Such a gorgeous place. There is nowhere like it.

I'll add the view from the end of Llandudno pier on a sunny day too. The sweep of the bay, the mountains, the Orme - lovely!

Lake District as seen from the top of just about any of the fells.

The sunset over Morecambe Bay, looking towards the Lakes is gorgeous

I love the Northumberland coast, stunning beaches. Saw dolphins off the coast at Bamburgh last October, it was magical.
Also love North Wales it was stunning beautiful scenery. Looking forward to visiting again this summer.
