Peppa Pig World

My DS age 4 had seen numerous posters and books billboards over the last few days for here. So was thinking of going at half term.

Any experiences welcome.

Are there many rides for older kids as DD age 7 is a bit of a thrill seeker and as she is tall for her age can normally get into rides with height restrictions of 130cm.

Used to live local. It's ok. Busy I half term and over priced but kids like it.

Peppa Pig World will have a few suitable rides butmif.you venture into the rest of Poultons Park you will find plenty of thrilling rides suitable.

As previous posters, whilst Peppa Pig bit is definitely geared at the pre schoolers, there’s quite a bit in the rest of the park, including a big dinosaur part with two ‘proper’ roller coasters which are quite new, and a few others around. There’s also lovely park and gardens and various other things to see. Even during the summer holidays the queues aren’t ridiculous - plenty with 20 minutes or less to wait, particular if you do Peppa Pig world at the end of the day when it tends to be quieter..:

It's in Paultons park and your entrance fee covers both. Plenty to keep your DD entertained in the Paultons bit.

Generally it's a really good one for kids that age. In addition to the rides there are lots of play areas etc. We went last October half term and the queues weren't too bad. The repeating Peppa pig theme can get a little irritating.

I went last year with kids aged 2, 4, 5 and 6. Our group enjoyed PP world and the larger park. I hated it!!! You had to queue up for everything and I thought it was all overhyped. I am used to the 2 little fun parks local to me though, where there's virtually no queueing and it's all less hassly.

I hate queuing at theme parks. Kids are so impatient. Hopefully it won't be too busy during half term.

Price seems a bit steep in comparison to the merlin theme parks which you can always find a buy 1 get 1 free for. But none of them are open at half term.

We love it there! We normally go at Christmas time and book to see Santa too, it's pricey but worth it. Christmas just gone it was really quiet too so we didn't queue for any rides. That was on a Sunday.

Even when it's busier it's the peppa pig rides that normally have the longest queues, and that's usually quieter at the end of the day or at lunchtime.
