Any ideas Confused

Joint family holiday with a fairly difficult set of requirements - I've been to Cornwall a dozen times and still don't think I've found it

Ones that are dog friendly have too limited eating options for a week (Mawgan Porth))

Ones that have more eating options (St Ives) not dog friendly.

I suspect what we want doesn't exist ..

Perranporth. My ultimate favourite ever. Nice town, various cafes & ice cream bars. Large dog friendly beach that is walkable. We love it!

Perfect apart from one tiny thing. I've spent 2 hours looking and it's all booked already Shock
I've found about 3 places that were just about ok, one perfect - all booked for the week I want.

I've expanded my search and still coming up empty - either no parking, no dogs, on a cliff. God it's so hard

www.cornwall-beaches.co.uk/dog-friendly

This should help you with dog friendly beaches. Be sure to check the restrictions.

Some beaches are no dogs allowed at all anytime during the summer months, some are dogs only allowed before 9am and after 5pm

When are you looking for? If its this summer holidays, I'm afraid it probably impossible, unless there are last minute cancellations.

There will be cottages still available, but ones with your criteria get snapped up quickly.

How many websites are you looking at, there are loads.........

Fowey has loads of eating places. The town beach has a no dogs rule in high season, but you can walk on a mile or so across fields to lovely secluded coves. Obviously depends on how able everyone is.

Loads of nice places to eat in St Ives but not sure how dog friendly it is
It's also a bit of a trudge to get down there!

I'm sticking to the ones that allow dogs all day Witch - that's a really helpful list Smile

There are multiple requirements- mobility issues/tiny baby/6 year old/dog. Needs to be level and right next to a beach. With parking, don't want to have to drive to a beach every day. Also want plenty of eating options in a very close walk.

I've found 2 possibles so far - I've searched dozens of websites. One is very basic and very cheap (other family thinks it's probably too small). And I've found a fab one that's over £3k.

We stayed in Bude with our dog last summer.

Try Bay Holidays

Bamaluz · 22/08/2017 15:51

That should say Cornish Bay Holidays.

Hello have a look at Par Sands Holiday park on the Michael Paul Holidays website. www.michaelpaulholidays.co.uk they do Pet friendly accomodation plus Par sands is on the flat. It is also directly opposite Par Sands beach which is dog friendly all year round.
