Two days in Birmingham

Me and DH have two days on the loose in Birmingham while DS is at ComiCon next month. What shall we do with ourselves?

I used to be a student in the Midlands and I have great memories of the place but has it changed beyond all recognition?

Back to backs are great but best to to book in advance if you want to guarantee getting into them as they do get booked up.

Agree with all the other recommendations up thread.

Also I've not been to Grand Central since the reopening but plenty of friends have & all recommend it!
