Center Parcs virgins what do we need to know?

We've booked Elveden for a weekend next month, more to see what everyone raves about. What do we need to take (was planning to take some groceries) and can you give us your top tips? TIA

We love, love love CP's. have gone every year for last 20 years, but appreciate it is a bit of a marmite holiday. Know people who hate it and will never go back. Would recommend you hire bikes rather than take your own as they can get stolen (honest!). And if yr kids are little, you can hire a pull along, which is great. And definitely take toilet roll, sharp knife, washing up liquid etc. The shop prices are similar to sainsburys, but will deliver. Unpacking and then re-packing the car can be a little fraught. I always do this while dh takes the kids swimming. It definitely takes at least one holiday to learn how to do it all.
I would also recommend the use of the crèche/kids clubs: 3 hour session while you and your oh have a spa session. Have done this a couple of times and it works on all levels. It's about the only thing we have spent serious money on, so much else is free.
