Im trying to find hotel or self catering that is suitable for wheechair user

All hotels disabled seem to be aimed at just two people . no good for family singe parent so two rooms not a possibile and apart from fact puts cost up and I need a roll in shower not path

Self catering i need it to be suotable for indepndent user so Kitchen bedrooms accessibe as Im the wheechair user and holiday alone with my dc

What area are you after? how many DC do you have?
I only found this in active convos. You may get more responses if you either decide where you want to be and post in a local section or go to general holiday advice.

these two properties claim to be wheelchair friendly but you'd probably have to check details. Surely there must be charitable organisations which are set up to help with this sort of thing? A quick google found this one but I bet there are others.

We stayed at Bucklawren holiday cottages nr Looe last year, they have one called the Lodge which is a 2 bed.
Quiet area, beautiful views, great restaurant on site.

There's 5 of us so 3 beds minimum and need access into least 2 of them

But also need plenty of things to do . Dc are 15/ 9 and 6 youngest used chair has Sn

As don't drive access to public transport or walking a must we don't tend to use beaches as they don't mix with chairs

Heads sadly the two ate suitable for accompanied disabled rather than independent

Thank you have contacted liveability but They are getting back to me as they are aimed at people more disabled that need hoists etc

So said as I can self transfer am to independent even though full time chair user ( kinda reverse discrimination )
