Any thoughts on Bluestone?

It looks quite good, but just wondering if anyone has been there?

TIA

We went twice last year - once in June and once just before Christmas (to go to Elf School). It was lovely. Accommodation is great. Location is lovely and pool etc. are really good. The only thing which lets it down a bit is the food offer.

Yes we've been twice but off peak (in November) I would be concerned about how busy the swimming pool would be over te summer holidays as it is not very big (well in terms of the size of the site). Other than that it was lovely and the accommodation was very nice.

We've just been - week before half term. It's local to us so we use the attractions regularly without staying there. But there are loads of promotions on the Facebook site so we got a 4 night break there for £100.
Accommodation was excellent, food was good although expensive. Pool and adventure centre are brill. It would be a lovely place to go in warmer weather to take advantage of the local attractions like Oakwood theme park (right next door), follyfarm, Tenby, saundersfoot or any of pembrokeshires national park.

The only thing that disappointed me was the steepness of the hill it's built on. Our cabin was right at the bottom, the pool etc was right at the top. I'm not very fit, pregnant and had a heavy toddler to push in a pram all the way to the top. It was heavy going. But you can hire golf buggies to use whilst you are there, and there is a free hourly bus that goes round taking you to the top.

Another vote from us. We did Elf School too, pricey but very well done if you aren't ever going to contemplate Lapland!
