Hi there

I'm looking for a wooden play kitchen for my son. Any recommendations?

Thanks

The Ikea one. It can be raised in height as the child grows. It's really solid and practically unbreakable. Their accessories are great too. We had it for years and it was greatly loved. Oh and it's cheap too!

Yeh, our ikea one is 4 years old now and still looks great.

yip, Ikea is the one to go for. just don't do what DH and I did and leave to xmas eve to assemble, after a few glasses of Winedespite that it's still standing 4 yrs on

Aldi also do one which is lovely. It'll be a special buy in October / November.

Another vote for the IKEA one.

Ikea definitely. Gets played with every day here. And buy all the DUKTIG accessories too.

The soft food items are great and if they get dirty you can put them in the washing machcine.

The Ikea one is fantastic. Ours has been played with by our 3 kids for over 5 years and still looks great. They all love it and it has lots of space for storing food, plates, etc. Just don't do what we did and buy the ikea plates and cups to go with it - they're china and did not stand up well to our solid floors! Paper plates have long since replaced them :-)
