I'm just so confused!

Can anyone recommend quality 10ft trampoline at a decent price?

I bought the 12ft one direct from the Manufacturer of Triang (Duplay) via Ebay. Had it 4mths and it seems fine. Here's a link - but I think TJHughes is a good deal at the moment. here is the 10ft one

We have an octagonal one from here which includes the safety net, cover and ladder. Octagonal ones are meant to be safer as it stops that dipping in the middle/heads meeting if you have more than one on at a time. You can also pay a bit more to get extra padding round the sides which we thought was worth it.

Don't know whereabouts you are, but Wicken Toys, near Milton Keynes, are brill for choice and advice. Had ours 4 years now, best money we have ever spent on anything.

I've got a 10ft jumpking one. Seems better quality than some in other friends gardens, particularly the netting and padding. Also doesn't have bolts for the kids to catch themselves on to attach the enclosure to the legs. We went w deluxe model so weight limit was higher. I didn't research much just got the same one as a friend because she researched it thoroughly. Downside is that they are more expensive. When i was looking asda direct had some of last years model at a much lower price but they didn't have the slot in enclosure.

Jajas my two bounce on the octagonal one together quite happily despite the differences in their weight, the shape means they don't gravitate to the centre/avoid clashing heads which I think I read is one of the main causes of accidents. It's a very solid bit of kit, 6ft2 dh can bounce on it too Smile.

A RL friend of mine bought a 10ft trampoline yesterday for £90 (with net) from focus.

I have got an 8ft one from Wilkinsons which I bought last october for £80 but it now seems to have gone up to £150 Hmm

The price definately goes up in the summer...

DinahRod · 06/08/2010 22:39

I don't know, the only one to truly 'test' the safety net has infact been dh who crashed spectactually backwards and he rebounded off the net fine. The dcs are far more careful!

LynetteScavo · 07/08/2010 13:11

I've just realised the one we have now, and I need to replace is only 8ft. Hmmmm. It's always been big enough for us. but do I wait until autumn to see if they get cheaper.....

I found a pretty good selection of 10FT Trampolines at The Trampoline Company - they have a really nice website too and reasonable prices and free shipping.. try them The Trampoline Company www.thetrampolinecompany.co.uk
