How can i help my morbidly obese autistic child?

They have returned home after 4 yrs at uni & have put on stone at least. I think they have a 50in waist now. Thry have no friends - apparently thats not what they went to uni for -& never go out here unless to by snacks. I also suspect binge eating disorder.
They are taking Ads - have been for years.
Any attempt to talk about healthy eating/ exercise etc & they shut down. Obv I can't nake them go to the Dr's but I really dont know how to address the issue.
They are the loveliest child but they are killing themselves with food & i 5hink in a vicious circle
Any ideas?

Would they use something like a Fitbit / step counter and go on walks / walk round the garden? If they would go with you could do it together, or does he like climbing and could climb a local hill. If there's small things can change about diet, maybe drinks first, maybe start with something achievable.

I think they has to accept there isa issue.... they dont.
Refuses point blank yo do any exercise other than walk to thd local shop
