how can I see who has had access to my nhs files? I have a friend who works for the nhs and she’s led me to think she has accessed my files and I’m not quite sure if it’s possible to easily see who has accessed them? TIA

The audit program is built into the system. It doesn't take ages to run it. The bit that might take a while is identifying one user while applying data protection for staff members.
It isn't unheard of for staff to use another person's key card - this should never happen, but it does. Different staff have different permissions and levels of access. This would affect the audit.

When I worked for a specialist community nursing team I could accessed System One which had some GP records on (depending on what the GP had set the access as). When we accessed each person’s record we had to record why we were going into them.
