Milestone birthday ideas (not party)

I have a big birthday coming up and wonder how to mark it. I am far from family and don't have enough friends for a party per se. I could do something smaller and invite 10-15. I am single with one teenager. Budget is no issue. I don't particularly want to host at home. It should be fairly low effort for me. All ideas very welcome. Thanks in advance.

I love high tea events at nice places

A big house weekend away with people you actually like and want to invite, have a night with a private chef who cooks for you all and make sure the house has a pool??

A Michelin restaurant meal?

A city break in a 5* hotel alone in a suite and go shopping and buy anything you fancy?

I don’t like parties either so I’d probably go for the hotel stay and shopping but it might not be special enough for you.

What do you enjoy doing and what is your budget?
For me (if I could afford it and actually had a passport) would be a trip to the Lego House in Denmark.
Obviously not everyone would enjoy that....

I had a big birthday this year, didn’t want a party. So the day of my birthday my DH took me into our nearest city and bought me a special handbag and we had a sandwich and glass of fizz in Harvey Nicks, then we came home and had a chip shop tea with the DCs, the next day my two good friends took me for afternoon tea at The Ivy Asia and then the day after we went for tea as a family to a local
restaurant! By the way all this was suggested by me and my DH knew better than to try and organise anything else, I like parties but not my own.

Regarding the budget, yes I wasn't thinking about travel. A weekend up to Denmark would be in budget and the suggestion of the Lego House reminds me of some quirky travel dreams of my own!)

I like art, culture, books, heritage, nature, exploring.
I do also like socialising. I like wine, and I like Mediterranean type food.
I don't like ostentatious luxury in general but wouldn't mind splashing out on an understated luxury type of thing.

How about....
A weekend at a very posh spa hotel in the countryside near an interesting tourist town where you can enjoy some nature, explore the town and take advantage of the hotel facilities.
If you want low effort just you and your daughter go because that way you don't feel the pressure to make sure everyone else is having a good time.
