Chronic sleep deprivation with young kids

I have a one year old and a three year old. The one year old has slept through a handful of times, but on each of those nights I have been woken up by my three year old. Once I’ve been woken it’s hard to get back to sleep. I nap every day, bed by 10pm. Have been to the GP multiple times over the year for blood tests. I can’t enjoy my children because every day I feel like I’m only half alive. No family nearby so we can’t leave them overnight with anybody. DH helps with 3YO overnight but 1YO still wakes for BF in the night so only I can settle him. We night weaned him at around 10 months but that wore off and he went back to wanting milk in the night. Any advice much appreciated, thank you

None. Just empathy but mine have SEND and are much older but still don’t sleep well.

Over time the 1yo will night wean again, then your DH can go to them and you can help the 3YO.

Or you can each do one night on, one night off.

But if it’s at the point of impacting you this much then maybe it’s time to sleep train. Really your choice is to put up with it/share the load more with DH or sleep train.

With a BF baby I found I got much more sleep cosleeping because it meant I didn’t have to get out of bed. The co sleeping only ended when we night weaned and then DH did all the night wake ups for that child.

Complete sympathy - my 2.5 year old is in my bed as it’s the only way to settle her quickly and get some sleep and I go to bed with her at 8.30 🤣 she wasn’t even breastfed just has always been a terrible sleeper
