Anyone good with colours when it comes to interiors?

What colour sofa would go well with very pale pink walls?

We want to have kids so don't want white or cream!

Would olive be too dark? What about beige?

I'd say green as it's opposite pink on the colour wheel. I'm picturing quite a bright leaf green with pale pink. Or you could go tonal with a different shade of pink. Or clashy with orange - depends on your taste?

When you have children you might want the ubiquitous brown leather sofa?

Dark forest green couch & then copper or gold accessories (candle holders / picture frames etc)

I'd do blush pink throw or cushions if adding decor like that too

Olive green, mustard yellow, burnt orange, navy, grey.

Yes mustard does clash with pink and I would think more emerald or sage green than olive green.
