Job interview outfit

I’ve had the same job for 20 years. Recently thinking of a change and have an interview next week. What do people wear for interviews these days??

Smart but not a suit.

think nice trousers, blouse and flats.

if a jacket is needed then a contrasting jacket but not suit.
