I have a boring but annoying problem.
I have a house name and not a door number which can make my house tricky to find. But if you put it in Google maps or look at the address details (where I write 'next door to door number X's) it is easy enough to find.
An EVRI courier has been dropping my packages off at other doorsteps (that is not my house's doorstep) and uploading the photo and marked it as "delivered". They have done this with three different packages and three different doorsteps. I've tracked each of these down by hunting for the matching floor tiles (usually) that I can see in the photo which has been a bit stressful. So when I next noticed a store I bought from had sent something out using the courier, I redirected it to the parcel shop at the bottom of my road. This order has now been marked as "no longer needed for collection" and is being sent back to the sender. I've been in touch with the company, they have come back and said they're looking into it but that was a week ago now.
I don't know what to do really as it means I can't buy from certain places because that's the courier they use. But also it's a bit stressful if I want to shop online somewhere and I don't know what courier they use and don't have an option to select my preferred courier.
Anyway, does anyone have any advice about how I can overcome this logistical challenge?
TIA
