Longchamp Tote bag

Does anyone have a Longchamp bag? Are they worth the price and the hype? I’m worried that it might be a bit “nylon” looking!

I have this one, except mine has neon green stitching on the ends and I love it. It's my second, the first lasted many years of daily usage. I no longer commute so don't use mine daily but it's a great day out handbag, fits loads in.

I don't think it looks nylon-y, although as my previous one got tired it did open up at the bottom corners and you could see the plastic poking out. I would stress I was quite hard on it, it would be thrown under tables at the pub, on the floor in the office etc!

Both of mine have been presents so haven't felt the price tag myself, but I probably would buy myself another when this one goes.

My first one has been dragged around as my airport, beach and gym bag for almost 10 years now and only shows minimal wear and tear. Definitely worth the money.

I have several and love them! Very durable and a bit of a classic. You’ll get plenty of folks on here saying they have been overtaken by school kids using them as school bags, which is true, but I still love them.

If you think it’s a bit nylon looking, why buy it? I fall into that camp (actually, I think it looks like a shopping bag for the over 80s), so I wouldn’t choose to buy one.

I’d be put off by the fact that it’s the school bag of choice for 14 year olds, too.

I have two that have lasted 15 years and only have minimal wear, so definitely worth it imo.
