I had a bizarre email off them saying that the item I’d ordered was out of stock, would be back in stock Tuesday and did I still want it?

They’ve already charged me!

I’ve used them and liked them.
it doesn’t seem unreasonable, you placed an order and was charged, then they found they don’t have it in stock, informed you of when it’ll be back in and asked if you want to hold on or get a refund. Why is that cheeky fuckery?

it was the way it was worded. They didn’t acknowledge I’d already paid, I had to tell them, the email didn’t look professional either, it all looked like a scam of some kind

I mean, the fact they’ve told you your order isn’t in stock currently is them acknowledging they already have your order…
