Thanks! Watching the football. I fell asleep about 10.30 but woke at 1.30. Going through some stress at home. Just feel wired now. I think I had small mild panic attack today. Felt very dizzy and hard to breathe. Why are you awake?

I'm awake as I was at the funeral of a young man yesterday . The unfairness of it is keeping me awake. He was so gifted and had everything to live for 😔

I’ve just been woken by either a bat or small bird flying about in the house! Not sure how it got in as although windows are wide open they are all curtained and have fly nets across them!
not sure I’ll be getting back to sleep anytime soon!

I live with bats in the belfry (the block of flats next door) and love to watch them swoop and feed at dusk. Unfortunately I found one in my cat’s litter tray the other night and scooped it up and liberated it. I hope it was ok! It had obviously come in through the wide open windows. Poor little thing.

im awake because work are putting me through hell. Not the amount of work or the work itself. Just bad management and office politics

I’m still here. I managed to drop off. The glare of the phone helped me to sleep. But I’m awake again. Sudden burrs of fear or anxiety I guess and I just abruptly wake. I’m having problems at home with my DH and my family. They’re both right, both a bit wrong. I’m choosing my DH because he is just that, and we generally have a good relationship. 25 years plus. But my family are also good people.

I'm awake because it's so hot, I overate sugar around 1 a.m. and now I think it's streaming from my pores. I'm dehydrated, fat, bloated and too scared to open the windows in case a stranger (or a bat!) comes through and I die prematurely from fright.
