Hi. Just wondering what other people do with their inflatable paddling pools, after each use do you tip the water away and refill the next day or do you keep the same water in it for a few days and if you do, do you cover it at night? On a water meter so conscious of using lots of water.

I tip it out, well onto the grass so technically its recycled

I deflate and let the water out at the end of each day. We have foxes and local cats in our garden and on the couple of occasions we tried leaving it up overnight in the past it was trashed with punctures.

We don't use it that often though - "I only put it up if we're planning a whole day at home.

I would say it depends on how big it
if small I would refil every few days
if large family one I would put a multi function tablet in a floater and net anything else out

Depends how much stuff is in it. If it’s full of grass, I’ll empty it and refill it. If it’s mostly ok, I’ll leave it a couple of days. I won’t cover it.

Fitted sheet over the top as a lid. Or water the plants with it

Snap. It's good for about 3 days until it gets algae, at which point it's used to water all the containers.
