I’m on the verge and not sure if it’s being in a 32 deg room all night or I have a bug.

My heads banging too!

There’s a bug going round. I had it last week and gave it to my partner. Violent projectile barfing. You should isolate for two days - it’s very infectious. The heat doesn’t help but there is a proper bug.

There’s always a bug going round.

But I think someone who is sick once after being very hot, and then feels totally better shortly after, after they cool themselves down, is probably fine.

There's a bug going round where some of my relatives live, 60 miles away. It's highly unlikely your bug is around the same area where OP lives.

Well let’s all hope we ‘feel’ the lower temperatures tomorrow!

Please make sure you're hydrated.

Supermarkets are very pleasant places to be at the moment, a nice long slow shop 🤣

I went to collect some meds on Tuesday at 1pm, bad mistake as it was the hottest part of the day. As I was coming home I felt sick and unwell.

That then turned into 4 days of worst diarrheoa so I'm not sure if I'd eaten something or got a bug and the heat was coincidental. But it was all kinds of awful.

Yes -(not physically sick but nauseous and dizzy /faint) I fainted the last heatwave after feeling really nauseous and not getting out of the sun which enough (was playing Padel stupidly )
Thursday felt really sick most of the afternoon and also felt sick this morning . I don’t tolerate heat very well at all

Make sure you have salt and sugar too,not just water. You might need a rehydration sachet. Or flat fizzy drink and a packet of peanuts or crisps.

You can make your own ‘electrolyte’ mix by 50/50 squash or juice and water and add some salt
