Recommend me a supplement for bloating please. Wild Dose etc seem really expensive, is there a cheap alternative?

Just throwing this out there, but have you been tested for a gluten allergy? That causes bloating.

Its not that - its meno related! I just can't afford Wild Dose all the time.

I'm in my 50s and have found that intermittent fasting has really helped with bloating. I either eat one meal a day - usually between 6 and 7pm, or also have a light lunch of soup and an apple or pear. That and peppermint tea.

Obviously won't work for everyone, but might be worth a try.

Simeticone helps if it's gas/air build-up. You can buy it for £3 a pack in those cut-price places that sell toiletries and OTC meds. They have names like 'Wind-Eze'.
