Tired zzzzz….

No matter how much sleep I get, I always wake up in the morning feeling tired and weary, never feeling fully refreshed.
I’m wondering if I need a supplement or vitamin, I tried magnesium but not sure it was worth it as I actually fall asleep ok and sleep quite well . Any recommendations?

Could be a lack of Iodine. I take seaweed capsules for my thyroid function and it has done wonders so far for my energy levels.

Supplements or vitamins only works if you are deficient otherwise you just pee it out. If this tiredness is new then you need to go to the drs for blood tests
