I had the mri to rule out trigeminal nerve issues for Tmj. They said they looked at brain too but it wasn’t arranged by neurology (seeing them in a couple of months). However I’m confused as no white matter issues are mentioned. I had one a few years ago and had a lot of white matter hyperintensities. Do they heal? I still get 3-4 migraines and headaches the migraine free days so I’m a bit 🤪
