Very wild night out and sick covered on my passport

i was sick in my bag and covered mY passport it’s drying right now. It’s not affected just soggy will it be fine for my holiday in two weeks??

It sounds like it would be considered damaged, I’d get a new one ASAP.

Get a new one fast tracked now. Sick is different to getting wet.

Apply for a new one asap! Any damage whatsoever and it won’t be accepted. And may be sick outside your bag next time.

I'd get another form of ID for the future (I'm assuming that's why you had it with you?) Passports are a 'keep in a secure, safe, designated space' type thing, not something to take in your bag while out on the lash!

My brother's and sister-in-law's passports were stolen from their apartment in Barcelona recently. Nothing else was taken. That's how valuable they are.

Dry it out and see if it has marks. I applied for a new passport on April 17 and received the new one on May 1. 2 weeks exactly for normal service. So if you need a new one and use the expedited option you may get it in time.

Definitely get a new one, you’ll not get far with a sicked on passport!

totally agree with the poster who said get another form of ID. Driving licence is wipe clean!

I just got one back and it took 13 days (I was a bit slow sending back the old passport).

Get a new one. The moisture damage will have affected the photo.

You can get a new one same day if you book an appointment and go to a passport office.

@sjajs the last two times I’ve applied for passports I’ve received them within 5 days. Definitely, order a new one.
