How much more would you pay?

Currently in a very small two bed flat that costs £200k (all rooms as smalll as you can get really other than the main bedroom which is a double but can only fit two extra bits of furniture in it)

There is another flat that's come on the market. Its got a large bathroom (instead of shower there is a bath and shower)

There one extra bedroom that is more an office size.

Everything else is the same. How much extra would you pay for these things?

We want to have a baby and our current place is very small so just gaging how much extra others would be willing to pay?

So still very small, except that it has space for a bath and an extra office size bedroom? I reckon it would be ~£100k more.

Is it comparable in other ways such as location, proximity to station and amenities? Is it turn key ready or a project? Garden/parking? if it’s got everything then maybe another £50k, I’m not sure.

its the same building just one floor up. It's second floor and im first. It's the top floor. (no lift!)

It's £100k more. It's ready to move into with carpets. But it's 1/3 more expensive but not 1/3 bigger.
