I am really hoping some of you amazing people will be able to give me some advice.
My dd is currently 3 months in to a trip round south Asia. Her flight from the UK to Thailand back in January was delayed by 12 hours. This affected her connecting flight from Mumbai. The airline was IndiGo.
The airline has told her that she is entitled to compensation of £520 and they have since missed two of their own payment deadlines. She has been in regular contact with them but no money has appeared yet.
She contacted the Civil Aviation Authority but as the airline isn't registered in the EU, they can't help.
Can anyone advise us on what we can do?
