How did you decide when to have a baby if you run a business?
Both our income as freelancers is very fluctuating but we are also about to buy a flat so for the first time will have space for a child.
As we both are self employed there is no maternity leave or paternity leave, and our income would leave us with not much left over to save after childcare if we were earning our current amount. We're in our early 30s.
